Arsenia's Neo phase now contains the basis for these elements, so let's recap:
Arsenia has been in its Neo phase for a while now, which means that new items are arriving in the Mod...
During this phase, a new category appears: Neo objects, which are exactly the same as the basic ones, but with new textures...
For the time being, only armor and tools (except Cadmia) have had their textures modified, but other items may soon follow...
The Neo phase not only revamps the textures of tools/armor in the form of new items, but also adds karts and boosters (yes, you know which games I'm talking about). Of course, other features will also make their appearance...
In this update, you'll find the following:
-Addition of Neo shovels in Telluria, Mercira, Arsenia, Ruby, Urania, Balirite.

-Modification in the Mcreator code of the Mod.
